I found this lovely antique Chinese plate at a high end estate sale. All they could tell me was that it was Chinese and antique. It has a Chenghua marking on the back. It measures about 8 1/2\" across and is about 1 1/8\" high, with a slightly upturned rim. The plate features a deep blue round decorative center and blue decorative scalloped rim edged in brown, with stylized raised designs in white.
