We spotted this beauty at the estate sale in Malibu CA. This is an early Turkish Oushak, possibly late 1800\'s or turn of the 20th century. The Oushak rugs have their own characters and no other rugs is similar to them. Folks who want to avoid the traditional color combination with the domination of reds & blues, usually, the Oushak rugs are the best alternative. A good genuine antique Oushak has nice, soft and calm color combination, such as light gold, ivory, green, salmon and light sky blue. The one that I am offering here come with green ground, this background color is so hard to find in antique rugs. As I have shown this rug shows some wear, which is very normal for any Oushak at this age but has no holes or see through area, no repair, stain, and odor. Folks who love the look of the antique worn out rugs, this could be a right call. Also, for those who want it in presentable condition, there are two options, the worn out areas could be touched up with permanent dyes, and secondly could be re-piled. It measures 7\'-2\' x 9\'-6\".
