In 2000, Richard Krementz said the firm had also sold under the names: Shiman, McTeigue, and Jones & Woodland.
Until 1878 the firm\'s sales were confined to the jobbing trade.
In 1997 they sold \"Krementz\" to Colibri and some of their other lines were sold to other companies.
Today, the Krementz family still manufactures 18k and platinum jewelry with exotic colored gemstones in Newark under the name Richard Krementz Gemstones.

Richard Krementz, Jr, president of RKG1866 (Richard Krementz Gemstones), passed away November 21, 2012 at age 86.
The company has closed. After 147 years, the Krementz family no longer is in the jewelry business.Pre-owned with normal wear.
