The P stands for plumb gold, which is very fine quality.This Ring has a High Setting and it is very well made and extremely attractive. The Rubies and the Diamonds sparkle and they are real. I estimate the Rubies to be around 1/8 mm each and the Diamonds to be slightly smaller. This Ring weighs 3 Grams. There are No stones missing and there are no chips or any kind of problems.This Ring is a real Vintage Beauty and it looks extremely beautiful when worn. It is an elegant ring.
