Appraisals conducted in 1996 & again in 2003 state the following:
14K YK Bangle Bracelet 27.2 Dwt $650.00 FMV (from 2003 appraisal)One bangle style bracelet with findings hallmarked \"585\" (See photo #6). The bracelet consists of two round tubular solid stone sections. Each section forms half of the roundcontour of the bracelet. The tubular stones measure approximately 9mm diameter each. Limited gemological testing indicates these stones are Jadeite Jade. These stones exhibita medium slightly bluish green color with prominent white mottling throughout. Small areas of yellowish brown coloration can be seen upon close inspection. The stones exhibit a semi-translucent appearance and the stones exhibit coloration of medium intensity. Overall makes and finishes are good. Polished yelow caps secure the end of each stone section. These caps exhibit a fancy floral design. These stones are hinged together at one end. The caps on the opposite ends exhibit a concealed box style clasp, safety latch and safety chain. The bracelet is constructed in an adult wrist size (estimated 7 inches). The gross weight of this bracelet is 42.31 grams. $600.00 FMV (1996 appraisal)
