This listing is for an absolutely spectacular vintage Native American / Southwestern necklace consisting of 100% sterling silver and GENUINE, high grade turquoise and coral embellishments. This piece is high quality and high impact.The pendant on this necklace boasts beautiful, hand stamping in the silver and three GENUINE, high grade cabochons - two turquoise and one coral. Not including the bail the pendant measures just over 2\" tall by 1/2\" wide. The bail measures just under 1/2\". The three cabochons have some natural irregularity in shape but measure roughly 4mm tall by 6mm wide.Two wonderful things about this pendant: it does not lie flush. It has a curved base (see picture #3 ). Also, the cabochons are in plain raised sterling bezels and extend a full 5mm from the base of the pendant. This pendant is very solid and barring any major trauma will last indefinitely. The necklace consists of 5 strands of micro liquid sterling silver. One of the strands has turquoise and coral chips randomly dispersed throughout. These chips are also GENUINE, high grade stones that compliment those on the pendant PERFECTLY. I don\'t claim to KNOW the origin of the turquoise but it is several shades too dark to be sleeping Beauty and has little matrix. My best guess would be that it originated from the Fox Mine.This necklace is finished off with sterling end cones and a wonderful sterling toggle clasp with 3 separate toggles, making this piece adjustable between 17 and 19 inches. The necklace CAN be removed with little effort giving you the option of attaching this pendant to a different chain.This is a well made, very artistic piece and is a great addition to any collection!
