Shipment Method:

We only ship within the 48 Contiguous United States. The item ships via freight, please note the delivery will be a standard curbside delivery. The delivery company will contact you directly to set up a time and date for the delivery. The item will not be taken inside, opened, or assembled. When accepting the delivery please make sure you inspect the packaging before signing for clear delivery. If you notice any major damage on the packaging or if you feel that the marble has been cracked, please refuse the delivery. Do take photos of any damage if possible. If all the packaging seems fine you are still required to write “subject to inspection” on the delivery recipe before accepting the delivery. All defects, damages or missing parts must be reported within the first 72 hours of delivery.

Return Policy:

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned as new and cannot be used, assembled, tested or altered in any way. All the hardware pieces (screws, nuts, washers, bolts, tools, etc.) must also be returned unused. All items must be returned with all of the original packaging materials (boxes, corner guards, plastic wraps, protective covers, etc.). The buyer will be responsible for the return shipment cost and also the original shipment cost we paid for the order to arrive to the customer (even if the item had free shipping). Failure to follow all of these requirements will lead to a faulty return case.
