Does have a small chip in th corner ( see last 2 pic)
(I used a temporary electric cord to make sure it works and as you can see it does. Cord does not come with it.)
The original bulb is burned out . I will be sending it . I have used another bulb to text the light ( as you can see) it works . You will need to buy your own bulb
Could use a cleaning. Its been setting on a shelf
