This is truly exquisite and is a small very dainty and highly decorated silver plated or white metal letter rack that is a period piece andis so Art Nouveau. The piece stands on two feet and to the base is a wonderful fleur-de-lis. Such a beautiful period Art Nouveau piece thatis very feminine and would look stunning on a ladies desk. The piece is in lovely antique condition with no damage to the silverware and the silverplate or white metal gleams.
