Museum quality carving, is a jaw-dropping antique cameo with a museum quality carving,set in a 14K filigree frame! Oh, so many things to love. Her face is exquisitelydetailed, with all the beautiful nuances of the Art Deco period ~ bobbed hair,strong features and softly shaped gown. Flowers adorn her hair and shoulders,and there is the hint of the upper arm. Very masterful carving, and of an exceptionalsize, which allowed the artist to layer on so much complexity, from the deep-seteye tothe flower petals. Set in 14K frame, with filigree inset border and floral leaf flourishesto carry on the theme.Remarkable and sure to be a prized collectible!
