Gorgeous Fenton 8.5\" Floral w/Gold Trim on top and bottom Mulberry Vase, MINT CONDITION!!!! Hand Painted and Signed by Kitty Lupardus. (See pic) This is FENTON at its finest, made to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Bill Fenton, from 1946 to 1996. With glass that literally shimmers in any light! The under side of the vase is marked with \"Chairman of the Board\" and bears Bill\'s signature on top as well as that of George Fenton on the bottom (see pic)
The vase in NEW condition, with no flaws or defects whatsoever. It would easily fall into the elite category of \"mint\" as it shimmers as gloriously ad the day it was released. Kept in a glass breakfront since it was.There is a white hand painted floral and butterfly design done by artist Kitty Lupardus who also hand-signed the piece creating striking contrast. The mulberry process is unique in the way it\'s created. It begins with golden ruby which is covered by aqua, which then forms a reddish purple flowing into blue. This results in the exquisite color changes this vase is capable of forming. The base is a stunning blue!!The piece stands 8 and a 1/2 in tall, and is fluted on top. Fenton is famous for their beautiful & highly collectible art glass, and this vase showcases the best of what GENTON is known for. For over 100 years they\'ve been delighting us with their creations. This particular vase is exceptional in its charm and beauty. It is a piece which which was made to display and admire for generations.Coming from a smoke-free home.
