Hi everyone, thanks for having a look at my sales. Listed this week is a Amazing Large Asian Art Estate Collection. If you have been watching my sales over the past couple weeks you would have already seen some of the great items that have already sold from the collection. This is a really great sale, you just never see fresh from estate collections like this come up for sale these days, and mostly with s! There are many items listed I do not know a great deal about, so I am sure there are some really great treasures to be found!

Up for sale is very fine 19th Century Satsuma Charger Plate. The Plate is one of the most interesting examples I have seen with very fine enameled Imperial or Immortal Figures throughout plus a great Monkey Group like no other I have seen. The Charger is richly enameled throughout with vibrant colors, much nicer than my photos show. I am told the Plate would date to the Japanese Meiji Period. The Plate is also in very fine all original condition with some light wear throughout, crazing to the back and one small chip as seen in the photos. The Charger makes a very nice display measuring 10 inches wide and sits 1-3/4 inches tall. I don't think many Satsuma Figural Plates were made with Monkey designs, a rare find I am sure !
