Description A beautiful large genuine English antiqueArt Nouveau solid sterling silver ladies handbag purse by the silversmiths Charles Lyster & sons, in lovelycondition and with a full set of English silver hallmarksBirmingham 1908.Beautiful quality original108 year old silver example, a bit larger than the normal size, decorated with attractive embossed stylised Art Nouveau flowers and scrolls with a sprung silver push-button lid opener and it hangsfrom its original silver link chain with large silver finger ring. Inside itstillhas its original silk-lined interior and has4 separate compartments. Weighs approx.80 grams and is engraved with afine period entwined monogram.
