Offered for consideration is a vintage french beret by Vrai Basque. It is marked on the interior: Vrai Basque ... Pure Laine ... Impermeable ... Fabrique en France ... 52 / 8½. It is 100% black wool. It looks small to us.

You should be able to judge the condition of the beret byclicking on the photos above, clicking each pop-up photo will enlarge it again. It is in excellent gently used condition, the only flaw we noticed is the break in the interior band, we have it pictured.
