On offer a superb silver aide memoir that could date back to the mid Victorian era in excellent condition.
This beautiful piece measures approximately 4.5cm x 9cm. The front and back have engraved images of trailing leaves and flower buds?
The cartouche on the front remains unengraved.
I have looked over this piece carefully and can find no hallmarks at all, which is perhaps why I have dated it to the mid Victorain era? it has been tested silver.
The leaves of the aide memoir are of a natural material as is the \'pencil\', which may not be original to the piece?
listed as in very good/excellent condition the piece fits together nicely and I can only see several very minor dings, see photos.
