Actually large in terms of faux ivory paintings, measuring approx. 5\"by 3 5/8\"the detail is just exquisite indeed, complete unit including the velvet frame measuring approx.12 1/4\"by 9 1/4\".Signed in the lower left corner but hard as always to decipher early artwork, but appears to be EDE GAYOR, GOYOR, GOYON, GOYA,SAYOR ( You be the judge with my close up pics )? Acquired from anearly Adirondacks estate with reference or history that is church affiliatedor at least somewhat related ( that is what was relayed onto me ). Paintedon faux Ivory and protected behind aconvex glass lens with a brass or bronze bezel, for which is enclosed in the velvetcovered frame. Good Luck Buyer Pays S/H/I.
