Up for offer is a very nice unmarked compact carryall from the 1950's. The front features shiny gold flakes encased in lucite, and the back is plain gold tone. It measures about 5 and 1/4 inches by 3 inches and is about 7/8 inches thick. The gold snake chain handle is approximately 4 inches doubled. The carryall opens to a covered powder well with the original puff and some remaining powder, an empty lipstick compartment, and a double-sided metal mirror which pulls back for storing cigarettes, money, or credit cards.
Overall condition is excellent, with just some very minor scratching on the back. The compact opens easily and closes with a good click.
