Hello, and thanks for looking at this VeryDifferent, Rare and Unusual Medieval Gothic Bat Chandelier! wow!!! Last batch sold out!! We usually ship 4 or 5 of these from Uruguay to Alabama for repacking. We sold all of the last shipment while they were in transit! This shipment has arrived, and we will be able to ship this in a few days! These are #2, #3, and #4 of the batch! Background: I have been in the antique business for over 40 years....specialized in lighting.....sold many hundreds of chandeliers on .....and I can say with confidence that these areextremelyrare and hard to find. So, when I recently found one, I took it to an artist foundry to see if they could make them. They said they could, but only in limited numbers, as they are very difficult to cast (I got 5 when I ordered 10). So I decided to run a Limited Edition of 100. As it hangs (with 5 or 6 links of antique solid brass chain) it measures 28\" H x 15\" Wide (wing tip to wing tip). We are in the process of changing the globes. It\'s just too difficult to ship them internationally.........we have been receiving about half of what we\'ve been shipping....sometimes less. We have a few of the round Vintage etched and cut globes, and we can provide them until the stock is gone. After the vintage round globes are gone, we will be including a vintage American globe (see foto #8) and a new antique brass globe holder (also shown in foto #8). The change to a new globe holder is made necessary due to the old holders being a shade under the 3 1/4\" American standard, and some of the American globes don\'t fit without sanding the lip....not a big deal <costs about $5 at your local glass shop...but it is an inconvenience>. At this moment, we have some Really Fabulous Gothic-style high quality globes (shown in foto #9). We bought these for a special use, and only have 4 left. They are very costly, and you can have one for an upcharge of $15. They are really Very Nice! Note that we can replace the 3 1/4\" fitter with a 2 1/4\" fitter in the event you have a nice shade of that size that you would like to use on your chandelier. We don\'t stock them, but can of the demand is there. In the meanwhile, we can do the exchange, it\'s just going to delay shipping. PLEASE go to your local Lighting Store, and check what you get for this price: A) not much B) nothing even compares (Quality, Design, QUALITY!). FYI: the originals sell for thousands of dollars and are VERY SCARCE! NOTE: I ship these to my son in Alabama for either mailing or sending by UPS.Headds a globe (if ordered), and ships to the successful buyer. Another NOTE: We have sold several WITHOUT the globes. This makes our packing and shipping easier, and we will deduct $25 for the globe and shipping. Included in the Special Offer above. AND ANOTHER NOTE: please be patient. To make things easier, I have included $40 for shipping to anywhere in the Continental US, by Priority Mail or UPS Ground, Insured, and with signature required. International buyers: It will arrive without the wiring assembled <the socket and wire will be included but not installed. it\'s an easy and inexpensive job>, and with an antique etched and cut round globe.
