From an estate collection. This is a rare necklace with vintage Chinese mutton fat celadon jade beads and a beautiful sterling carnelian cabochon clasp. The vintage jade beads are of very high quality mutton fat nephrite jade beads that were treasured for thousand years in Chinese culture. The beads are very smooth and translucent. All beads were hand knotted in silk string.

Weight: 76.2 g.

Length: The long strand with clasp is about 20 1/2\". The shorter strand with clasp is about 19\".

Jade beads are about 7.4 mm.

The clasp is marked 925 for Sterling Silver.
