This listing is for one antique quilt top. It is probably the prettiest log cabin quilt I\'ve ever seen. I have wanted to back it and put in on the wall, but have not gotten around to it. There are issues with shredding fabric in a number of the squares. Some of it is silk, and some fabric I can\'t identify. The quilt is quite charming with the embroidered border around the quilt. Please study the photos. There are 4 photos of each corner quadrant of the quilt. There are 7 rows of designs, so the 4th one is duplicated in the photos. You can see there are color variations and some age stains on the back side. The last photo shows some shred/fray issues on the border, and there are more areas like that. It would need reinforcing. Note the color variation in some of the black fabric.

The border is 5\" wide. The squares from the back side are 3 3/4\", so 4 together are 7 1/2\". I can tell you I got the quilt at an estate sale. I was friends with the son, and he sold it when his father passed away in 2007. (I paid $250, well worth it I thought) Anyway, at the time I asked him if it was a family piece and he didn\'t know. He said his mother had it for as long as he could remember. His mother was a well known antique dealer in Portland, Oregon in the 50\'s-70\'s. So I am either the second or third owner most likely. It would have come out of a Portland estate given his mother\'s business.
