Offered is a fabulous early Czech emerald glass necklace and earrings. The rich emerald green glass cabs have lovely internal swirls making them glow when they catch the light. They are set in silvertone ornate openwork settings fitted with sparkling marcasites. The pendant is marked CZECHO on the back, and it is also marked CZECHOSLAV on the jump ring visible with a loupe. The matching earrings are marked CZECHOSLOVAK on the backings. The pendant from the top of the elaborate bail to the bottom of the drop measures 3\", and it is 1 3/4\" at the widest. The earrings measure 7/8\" in diameter. Chain is 17\". This set in is good vintage/antique condition with normal signs of age and wear. There is one flower on the pendant beneath the main stone that looks slightly bent down at the bottom, and the pendant is missing two marasites. These issues are very minor, do not detract and are mentioned for accuracy. Glass shows no damage. This is a real attention getter and would make a lovely addition to any vintage jewelry collection.
