Fancy Molded German Porcelain Cobalt Green & Gilt Floral Tea Cup & Saucer C 1900Very pretty fancy molded porcelain tea cup and saucer. Molded flower on the front and beading along the top. Hand painted green and cobalt blue and heavy gold gilding. With gilding to the beading, flowers, and gold highlights to the handle. The saucer is painted in green. Marked on the bottom with a red number 133. Probably late 19th or early 20th century.Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.The cup measures 4 1/4\" wide including the handle x 2 1/4\" tall.
The saucer measures 5 1/2\" wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display-ability of the piece.Please see my other listings for more early German porcelain.
