This is a sterling silver bell or dinner bell made by Webster. It is has nice detail with a decorative shape to the handle and bell portion. The handle on this one appears like it may have been bent but it is still in good working order. The bell is about my about 4\" tall and weighs 1.3 ounces without the ringer piece on the inside. The handle is marked with WEBSTER STERLING and the Webster Mark. The condition is very good pre-owned and does not appear to have anything other than light surface scratches which is normal.
