Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Returns will be issued for “Money Back” only, no exchanges.
Buyer will receive full price of purchase, minus shipping.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A re-stocking fee will be assessed when the listing designates one.
Shipping damage should be filed through \'s claims program.

Shipping:

All items will be shipped the next business day after payment is made. If circumstances arise that prevent us from meeting this commitment, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and we will make every effort to get the item shipped as soon as possible.

We do not ship outside of the United States unless arrangements are made before the purchase is made, at our discretion.

We reserve the right to determine the method of shipment where free shipping is offered. If you have special shipping needs, please let us know before you purchase, so we can determine if we can meet your needs and if any additional charges may be necessary.

We will not accept returns on items that are the wrong size, color, model, material or style unless the listing itself is determined to be wrong. If the information you need is not in the listing. Please, please, please, just ask! We cannot think of, and list, every detail of every item.

Used Items:

We only list products that we feel have value and are of sufficient quality to be worthy your money. We make every effort to ensure that the nature, and quality, of every item, is detailed in the listing itself. It is the BUYER\'S RESPONSIBILITY to know what they are purchasing. If you feel that the item was not described accurately, however, contact us and we will address your issue on a case-by-case basis.

Factory Serviced Items:

We deal in two types of Factory serviced items, “Repackaged” and “Retail Packaged”. Repackaged items have been removed from the original packaging, inspected, serviced, and repacked in non-retail packaging. Retail packaged items are in their original packaging and usually unopened (Shelf Pulls).

Repackaged and open boxes are always inspected by the seller for content and quality. Occasionally additional packing material is added to ensure safe shipping.

New Items:

New-In-Box or New-With-Tags items will be designated as such. Any damage or irregularities to the packaging will be noted in the listing, to the best of our abilities.
