Northwood made a candy jar that is nearly identical to the Fenton jar. William Heacock indicated that the two could be distinguished by the mold line. Fenton\'s runs along the left side of the ribs while Northwood\'s runs along the right side of the ribs. The mold line runs along the left side on this jar.

Thejar is approximately 6 3/4\" tall.The inside topopening of the jar is approximately 4\". The foot of the jar is less frosted than the upper part of the jar.

No lid. A few very tiny insignificant chips or manufacturing flaws on the bottom of the top rim. When examined with a loupe they appear to be under the iridized finish. See the last 5 close up photos.

I consider the jar to bein excellent condition-the possiblecondition issues are seen in most stretch glass of the period.
