Purchased as an unpainted ware at the Fenton Gift Shop in 2013 in Williamstown, West Virginia, then hand painted outside the factory....Glass Enamel paint was fired after complete, as instructed by the paint manufacturer, to make the decoration permanent and safe to handwash

We offer DISCOUNTED COMBINED shipping fees for multiple purchases. However, in some cases (SUCH AS LAMPS, and Larger items), we cannot combine shipments due to the PREFORMED packaging of original manufacturer\'s cartons. Also, it is sometimes less expensive to ship two smaller cartons than to combine one large carton. If carton, exceeds carriers girth restrictions, the shipping fee is greater for one carton than two, so we strive to pass this savings on to the Buyer.
