This isabeautiful Fenton Hand Painted French Opalescent Spiral Optic Pitcher with Celeste Blue Rim and Handle. This piece was produced in 1995. The artist has signed the piece and Bill and Frank Fenton have signed the underside, as well. It is marked Fenton 1905-1995 to commemmorate the 90th anniversary. It measures 9\" high. Still looks brand new.
