FAQ’sand Shipping Rates:
Forour domestic customers we will ship out via any USPS service you prefer; i.e.Media Mail, Priority, Express etc... Either email a request or simply requestan invoice and we will change the rates. Our normal shipping is via Media Mailwhich starts out at $3.90 and goes up $.20 cents for each additional record.
Forour international customers, we ship out via USPS First Class InternationalShipping. Shipping for one LP starts at $19.00. Regarding international combinedshipping, we add $2.00 per record up to 4 pounds of total weight, at which pointwe have to use USPS Priority Shipping (for international orders of 4 and 5LP’s, we charge $3.25 per extra LP after the 1st due to the extrapacking needed). For double albums andrelated items (triple LP’s, box sets, etc…) each individual LP is counted as asingle LP for weight purposes.
ForCanadian customers the international rates are the same except that the firstLP starts at $12.50
Shippingrates for 7” records and also for cassette tapes, for international customersare: $12.50 for the first and $2.00 for each additional record/cassette.
ForCanadian customers the first 7” record/cassette starts out at: $8.50 and goesup $1.00 each additional.
Forall orders of a total value of $250 or more, additional shipping charges willbe needed. For domestic customers shipping will need signature confirmationadded. For all foreign customers, orders will have to be shipped via USPSPriority or Express mail regardless of the total weight of the order. Ifshipping quotes are needed prior to placing an order, please contact us viaemail.
Wepack our records in standard record mailers with the addition of extracardboard fillers. For opened LP’s, picture sleeve 45’s & 12”s, we willseparate the jacket and the record to prevent seam splitting.
Grading:all records are graded using a conservative Goldmine styled grade. All recordsare visually graded unless otherwise noted. Grades are for the record itselfand not for the cover, sleeve or box.
Forcustomers who live in or will be in the Chicago area and would like to pick upa order at our store instead of having it shipped, simply send us a messageletting us know that you wish to pick up the order and when.
