This figural metal Kewpie lamp measures 8 ¼” from the base to the bottom of the light socket, with a 6 \" dia. base. The statue is in good condition retaining much of its creamy white finish. The lamp socket and paddle switch are marked Ostrander and are in working condition. The back, just below the wings is marked “Des Pat 43860/Kewpie/Trade Mark. The design patent was issued to the Art Metal Works founded by Louis V. Aronson in 1913. The shade is new. Don\'t miss out on this adorable addition to your Kewpie collection.
