The Veronese brand was without a name in 1988 when I first began to design and produce arts & crafts.
Around 1993,company art library steadily filled with reference materials of the great classics in paintings and drawings of the Masters. Their Creative team, saturated with the richness of colors and the Chiaroscuro effects of these images, started applying and rendering elements of them into figurines. The demand for their design work in sculptures and drawings increased greatly and you can see and own the results.
Made of Bronze Finish Cold Cast Resin
Cold castbronze is a relatively new material which has been developed over the last 20 years or so. Becoming a very popularchoice recently for use in the Manufacturing of Sculptures and Figurines due to the stunning finish achievable and the very tactile feel of the finished works. As cold cast resin or bronze is made without the use of a furnace the manufacturing costs are greatly reduced hence the retail price of the pieces are much more affordable than foundry bronze orpewter would be. The level of detail achievable is also much greater than the foundry equivalent.
Greek mythology, Atlas
In Greek mythology, Atlas (/ˈætləs/; Ancient Greek: Ἄτλας) was the primordial Titan who held up the celestial spheres. He is also the titan of astronomy and navigation. Although associated with various places, he became commonly identified with the Atlas Mountains in northwest Africa (Modern-day Morocco). Atlas was the son of the Titan Iapetus and the Oceanid Asia or Clymene.According to the ancient poet Hesiod Atlas stood at the ends of the earth towards the west.
