Schoenhut Company, Philadelphia\" and it is marked on the Side \"This Box Contains \'Schounhut\'s\' Humpty Dumpty Circus Toys, Small Size, No. 21-1, Made in the U.S.A.\", There is some normal wear from use over the years, some minor wear to the Edges, a few old punched holes in the Bottom and it is a little dirty.
