This stunning antique Edwardian 9ct Gold Brooch has a \'bloomed\' finish and is set with four beautiful Garnets in claw settings within an openwork applied scroll overlay decorated with fine Seed Pearls(please see the detailed close-up photographs provided, which form an integral part of the item\'s description).
As you would expect with a brooch of this quality it is fully hallmarked on the reverse, as shown, confirming that it is made from solid 9ct Gold i.e it is not gold plated and that it wasassayedin Birmingham in 1906.
Overall this fine quality brooch is in great condition; it is complete with it\'s original \'C\' clasp and hinge, which work as they should, but I suspect that the pin has been replaced at some point. This stunning Brooch comes in it\'s original fitted case making it the perfect choice as a gift.
This charming brooch is approx\' 4.2cms long & approx\' 9mm high.
