Fine Chinese Export Silver Belt Marked KMS / KWONG MAN SHING of Hong Kong!

This beautiful early Chinese export silver belt is made up of 19 links, plus the buckle ends. The links alternate between ones having repousse trees and plates and ones that are openwork with chased designs. The buckle is decorated with three relief dragons, two on the main end of the buckle and the last on the connecting end. It has the makers mark KMS for KWONG MAN SHING of Hong Kong and dates circa 1900. It measures approximately 27 + ½ inches long overall by just under 1 + ¼ inches wide at the links, with the buckle measuring 3 + 3/8 inches by 1 + ¾ inches all together. It weighs 129 grams or 4.14 troy ounces. It is in excellent condition with some traces of early dried silver polish on a few of the links, as can be seen in the photos.
