Here now a very rare Postcard handwritten in Hebrew/Yiddish from Libau (Latvia).Liepaja (German: Libau) is a city in western Latvia, located on the Baltic Sea.Jews began to arrive in Liepāja in 1795 and numbered more than 10,000 before World War I.
The postcard is dated with 1893.
