Offered is a beautiful antique carved shell cameo brooch pendant combo. This piece features the \"Three Graces\" of mythology, representing charm, beauty and creativity. The ladies are standing clasping hands. Their diaphanous gowns flowing show the mastery of the carver, which was done by hand. This piece is framed with a decorative beaded edge, has a locking clasp and a swiveling folding bale for use as a pendant. It is stamped \"STERLING\" in tiny letters in the frame on the inside of the lower left. This is a nice sized piece at 2\" by 1 1/2\". The carving is crisp and highly detailed, even down to the ladies toes! The cream and light caramel coloring lend an ethereal presentation. It is in very good antique condition with some minor lines at the very top, common in cameos this age. Stunning piece of jewelry circa 1910.
