Unusual and attractive, large, vintage 9ct gold dress ring set with heart-shaped cabochon amethysts and cultured pearls in excellent, as-found condition. Would benefit from a good clean. Only light surface scratches and a couple of faint lines to the rear hoop where the ring has been previously sized up. Fully stamped to the inner shank with the London 9ct gold hallmarks for 1968 and the maker\'s mark G&F ? - hard to decipher. The front of the ring measures 17 mm x 17 mm. UK size P, US size 7 1/2. The ring weighs 5.3 g gross.
