For sale is large pair of fine Chinese republic era guilt famille rose medallion porcelain vases. The base tone of this pair of vases light blue on which two large medallions on each side showing courtesan ladies in classical garden scenes engaging in reading, chess playing and music. The medallion frames, the flaired mouth and foot rims are gold gilt.
Size: approx. L 17\" x W 8.5\"Condition: excellent, minor loss of overglaze in some areas due to wear.Provenance: family collection of a family in Pasadena, California.
