The back measures 14 1/8 inches.
The label inside reads:Martin Dihl, Chur-Maynzischer Lan-
ten- UBS Geigenmacher 1782Violin has very good patina and finish. Good decent scroll and fine f-holes.
There is only one repair I see and that is a minor hairline crack by the bridge, which is fully closed and tight. This violin is setup with nice ebony fittings, a good bridge and a new set of springs.
