With a very nice shellac varnish

maple bridge The violin is fully playable and is showing moderate signs of the time: In the top, hairline cracks were well glued inside and out in a former repair. Below the chinrest, the glue once has solved between the back and the ribs and was reglued - Please see pictures
Otherwise, there are no cracks or other damages on this fine player viola
The shellac varnish is showing harmless signs of the time. The ebony chinrest was once replaced
We will ship the vioal safe & secure, with lots of padding and with removed bridge, but we can offer an old leather hardcase (slighly damaged on the hinges) for additional $ 30.-, too
