Very Rare find in this condition. Ford Model T mens cufflinks. These were made by the O.C.Tanner Jewelry Co, Salt Lake City Utah. The company was in production from 1940 to 1987. They manufactured special orders for companies who wanted custom jewelry items as gifts/ awards for company employees. Since this would be a Ford car I would guess it was a Ford Motor Company employee who received this. Very detailed, absolutely eye catching. Markings on the back read: CTO 1/10 10K.
