This Fossil bag is not too small, not too big. It has an adjustable, detachable strap. Also has handles. It has a zipper slip pocket inside along with a phone slip and another slip. The front has a zipper compartment the length of the bag. The Fossil Logo appears on the front and inside. The back has one large slip pocket.There is also a leather key on a leather strap. The zipper that closes the bag and the zipper on the front are silver. I used this bag but it looks new. Shows no signs of wear, is not dirty, has no ink marks or anything on the linings. Also comes from a smoke free pet free home. Measurements: 12\" Long, 9\" Deep, 4\" Wide. Measurements do not include the handles or the strap
