We encourage buyers to contact us with questions prior to placing a offer. Many of our items are backed by a 14 day right of return(from receiving the item) . Tampering will void any warranty.

If we can\'t fix it or replace it we will refund you money excluding all involved shipping costs involved (to buyer & from buyer) .

After the warranty period , payment will be made to the owner of the equipment and any rectification CANNOT BE MADE.

All insurance claims will be paid once the carriers insurance company pays the submitted claim. It will take work on both ends if a claim is to be made. Please do not throw away any packing material . A photo of any damage has to be submitted as this is part of the claims process. All submitted claims are subject to the carrier picking up any damaged item.

Payment: All payments must be received within 3 days or the item will be re-listed and will open a non paying buyer claim on our behalf.
