This is a one of a kind monoprint and painting that is framed in a black frame. The image was taken from family photos of Armenian men posing with fire arms from WW1 in Turkey. My great grandfather was forced to fight during the Armenian Genocide, and almost starved to death because Armenian soldiers were only fed a handful of corn a day. My great grandmother saved his life by picking up his almost unrecognizable body and carrying him back to their village. This is only one of the horrific stories that my ancestors experience during the Armenian Genocide.

The frame is pretty standard, but the monoprint is nice and I had it professionally matted. This is one in a series of these monoprints. It is 16\"x18\"
