It is marked Reed and Barton on the base. This is a Spelter metal figure of a folk singer holding her purse and guitar. She is on a rectangular base. The base is not flat and the piece rocks. She is playing a six-string guitar. I believe the designer is Francois George as I have seen this piece done in other materials. It is very old and shows signs of wear. Her dress is blue, the scarf or wrap is red her hair is blonde. Dimensions: 11 1/4\" tall, 4 3/4\" x 3 1/4\" Please see photos for condition. Thank you for looking.
