SHIPPING, HANDLING & DELIVERY

Expect orders to ship within 5 business days - except during holidays and Spring. If you need the item sooner, let us know asap. If a delay is expected we will notify you immediately.
We offer ground shipping services through FedEx Ground, UPS and USPS. Freight service is provided according to logistic pricing at the time of purchase.
We will send a tracking number to the email address on file with when we have confirmed your order has left the warehouse. This will be sent through \'s automatic system so please make sure your email will accept notices.
We do NOT require signatures for delivery. Shipping upgrade options are available at an additional charge. If you have a deadline or require proof of delivery you must contact us PRIOR to purchase.
Open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Note any damage, take digital pictures of item and container, then contact Earth Exchange.
Shipping prices noted on each listing are available to the contiguous 48 states ONLY. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PR and international is available on SELECT PRODUCTS only for an additional charge.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy for any reason, we LOVE to offer you an exchange or store credit. We carry so many wonderful items, it\'s easy to find something else.
ALL returned items must be new, unused and received in their original packing and box.
Lost, Damaged or Wrong items will be replaced promptly. Please note all damage and take digital pictures so we may verify the claim with the shipping company.
Any other reasons will require a 20% restocking fee, deducted at time of reimbursement. Return shipping is Buyers responsibility.
Return Authorizations are REQUIRED. Please call Earth Exchange for approval.
Custom Order products are not returnable and nonrefundable.
