Roosevelt in the year he would be elected President of the United States.The week before this document was signed FDR on April 7 delivered his \"forgotten man\" speech, the keynote of his preconvention campaign, in a radio address. While he was busy organizing his presidential campaign in April 1932, he still had lots of duties he had to perform as Governor, including authorizing extradition of prisoners to other states, which this document implements.

The document is 11 x 8.5 inches and has a raised gold color seal of the State of New York. FDR\'s signature is clear and bold.
