This letter is dated February 26, 1918 and is hand signed by F.D.R., who at the time was the Assistant Secretary of the Navy. The letter is addressed to Francis Dunn, as a thank you note for providing supplies to the Navy for use in World War I. Also included is a newspaper clipping validating Francis Dunn\'s receiving a letter from Franklin Roosevelt. Letter come with a Full Letter of Authenticity from JSA (cert number X97142), which is one of the premier authenticators in the business.
