FREE standard economy shipping on some items.
We are now shipping to worldwideaddresses, the item is sent to a logistic center in KY and shipped fromthere to the rest of the world.
International customers areresponsible for all duties and taxes.
We use PayPal information as the base for shipping address. If the item is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for paying the all shipping.
Most orders are shipped out within 24 business hours after receiving a cleared PayPal payment. If the product is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 business hours and a refund will be issued upon request.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Customer service is available (8 am - 5 pm) Monday through Friday.
A tracking number will be sent via email after the item has shipped.
It usually takes 2 - 6 business days for delivery of packages under normal circumstances.

Returns Policy

For all returns and exchanges, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Buyer must contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt of item to be eligible for refund.
Buyers are responsible for appropriate packing, returning shipping cost and returning the item in original packaging and/or ‘new’ condition. Used items will not be accepted for return.
We will take responsibility for return shipping if an incorrect item is shipped to buyer.
