This is a hard to find Anniversary Clock by The Franklin Mint. It was designed by William Dentzel III. It is \'Classic Cobalt and Gold\'.Circa 1990\'s. The porcelain is decorated with gold flowers on a very dark cobalt background. The carousel has gold horses with cobalt blue accents. Both the base and face are made from German porcelain from Freundl Porzellan Manufaktur Arzberg. The clock body is metal with a gold tone plastic back. The carousel horses are resin. The dome is included and is made of glass. The clock uses one \'AA\' battery which is included. It has been tested and works. As with most anniversary clocks it needs a level surface and you may need to help the rotating mechanism (carousel) get started. There is paint loss to the plastic battery compartment door and to the left side of the battery compartment. A few rubs to the gold paint on the base.
