sale is for a vintage Franklin Mint Marilyn Monroe porcelain doll. This Marilyn is where she is laying down as replicated from a photograph shoot taken in 1957. She is wearing the famous red chiffon halter dress, plunging neckline, matching red pump shoes and awesome red lipstick.
This collector doll is fully authorized by the Estate of Marilyn Monroe and number(A0573) for authentication, crafted of the finest porcelain, painstakingly hand-painted to create an amazing likeness from the original photograph shoot. As with the doll, the dress is re-created from the photograph as well and is a gorgeous red chiffon halter dress with plunging neckline . All of this put together as she lays on an elegant black velvet display base. Unbelievable, truly.
The down side is that is does not have the COA(although it is numbered on her back with the Estate of M. M.) or the original box.
